Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Braidscope, a software-as-a-service platform operated by AI Data House ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Braidscope, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The Service

Braidscope is a multi-client reporting dashboard for marketing agencies. It connects to third-party data sources (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and HubSpot), displays pre-built dashboards, and provides AI-powered analytics and automated reports.

We are currently in a closed beta phase targeting a public launch in Q3 2026. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change during this period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@braidscope.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

Braidscope offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: new subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Braidscope for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Resell or sublicense access to Braidscope without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that interferes with the platform.
• Scrape or mass-export data from the platform in an automated manner beyond what is provided as a feature.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Braidscope connects to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.) using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and that doing so complies with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for any data loss, access revocation, or policy violations imposed by those platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

Braidscope and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by AI Data House. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You retain ownership of all data you bring into the platform (your client data, credentials, and reports).

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Braidscope is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Data House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Braidscope. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Braidscope after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For customers located in the European Union, UK, or US, mandatory local consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
